2022 National Day of Prayer
This year's National Day of Prayer was held at the Nash County Courthouse steps on May 5, 2022. Organized by NBC, there were speakers from Nashville United Methodist Church,
Galatia AME Church, and Nashville Baptist Church.
2022 Public Bible Reading Day
Nashville Baptist Church participated in Public BIBLE Reading Day in Nashville. The purpose of the Public BIBLE Reading Day is to proclaim the truth of the Word of God to communities by reading aloud the entire Bible in one day.
The idea of reading the Bible aloud comes from I Timothy 4:13 in which we are told not to neglect the public reading of the scriptures. Eight sites in Nashville participated.
